    I just submitted a meter reading and now it shows my consumption as 99000 KwH??

    For account security purposes, we will require the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
