Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    A horrible morning. Cold, wet and windy. It's been a brutal September so far. Ground getting soft now.
    What I wouldn't give for a heatwave now!

    Better make it quick, the tide is turning very quickly down this direction anyway. You'll have the place nice and level just in time for abit of poaching.ðŸ˜

    Supposed to be fine after sunday, grass jumping here....and mushrooms , I'm sick of them at this stage

    We were helping a neighbour with a calving at 3.30am and it was 4.5 degrees according to the gauge in the jeep. Heavy rain and a cold stiff wind this morning but the sun came out in the afternoon - body warmer on / body warmer off type weather.

    Christ what a day. Would do your heart good. Clear blue skies. Lovely sunshine. Silage wilting nicely. And were only a week from October. Tis amazing how much more contented cattle are compared to last week, not to mention ourselves.

    Yeah. Raked the silage this evening and it was z great and off it. Baler tomorrow evening
