Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lovely day here. 10 minutes down the road it lashed rain for ages. Eventually got cows done with pour on for worms.

Cutting silage here today. Warm and bright with a good breeze. Silage damper than I'd like but ground bone dry.

Getting dull down here and very windy, you'd want your fleece on
A northeast wind gusting 40kmh off the Irish sea can be Baltic anytime of the year

Theres rain in Wales stretching into the Irish sea likely to hit here late tonight

While we're not seeing massive rainfall here in west Cork it's not very summery. Jumpers jackets and fleeced still a requirement. Fire lighting in neighbours house on Wednesday night. Good drying wind alright but thats all. Grass regrowth slow to come back.

My brother has been in kerry all week. There seems to have been great weather down there.

It's been nice alright. Huge amounts of silage made around here the last week and I've seen one or two small plots of hay nearly fit for baling. The self propelled harvested a section that I've only ever baled up to this year.

Not much consolation for you guys in the North and East though.

Just glad I got my silage done. Lots of stuff not cut around here. Lads getting very tetchy. Cows made fair muck last night.
