Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Crisp morning, dry and cool with only a light frost. Clouded over now but a great day to get a few jobs done.

Nice dry day here, the breeze of yesterday gone so it doesn't feel too bad. Spent the morning checking cars, tractors and the sprayer for anti freeze

I was supposed to do the same but am off form with a cold. How do you check the percentage of antifreeze v water. I bought a cheap pipette thing in lidl a few years ago that gives a indication of the percentages.

Have one of those testers alright but not sure I'd trust it. Usually drain off a bit into a bucket and check for the colour and smell of anti freeze. Then top up system and run engines for a few min to allow it circulate. Tractors and sprayer kept inside this weather too

Rain again today at times so no change there.

This weekend looks fairly frosty though. With -7 on the cards in places.

12 degrees today in NCD with misty rain but it was too warm to work in a rain coat. Helping my Sister getting Mam's house ready for the winter - cleaning the leaves from the gutters and downpipes, draining the petrol tank in the lawn mower and stowing away stuff in the garage like the wheelbarrow, garden hose etc. A think fog descended around 4pm but cleared again by 7.
