Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This morning was their worst around here.
Was out at 7 to 8 into town in the Duster.
    Thank Dacia for the 4wd.
Like a normal summer's day with it on.

First time since 2010 that the drinkers inside the shed had a sheet of ice across them this morning, even the one in the back lying area.

Put out a bowl of water for the birds leaving the house (about 8.15) Was a block of ice when I got back at 9!

Frosty morning alright but it was a lovely morning to be out and about. The jump leads were busy.

    Great morning.
    Still -1 there at 1pm

You’d be happy with a month of that weather.

Yea would love a couple weeks if this weather. A proper winter. Kids are playing on a sleigh for the last 3 days having great fun.
Even the sheep outside are really content with their hay and bit of feed. Anything bar the rain for them.

It would just break up the monatony of the lock down also.

I would need to sort out the water though. House water was frozen and only hit it going there now.

    Our own pump house froze.
I stick in a fan heater and went off doing other stuff and it came back on after an hour amd a half.

Absolutely! As long as water is running it’s easy to work in these conditions

Been lying awake listening to the wind and rain all night.

Would take the crisp frost any time over this rubbish.

Raining away here since last night. It used to be the case that if rain was forecast for east or west we'd get it, now we're getting it when its forecast for the north as well...
