Same craic here, overall a seriously mild year though and you couldn't stop grass from growing if you tried!

Can the words "accumulations" and "2cm" be used in the same sentence?

    Must be the Dublin forecast.

I would have thought no one would need a warning about yellow snow:pac:

    Yea.
We had maybe 3-4 inches at 12, had visitors and some of the cars had to be pushed out the lane to get them home.

    Well melted now though.

    Eerie weather today.
A few days ago it was -5 and today it’s +22. The forecast says we’re in for 150+ kph wind, and 50+mm of rain...

These things are all over the yards and moving nose to tail. Some “trains” are 2 to 3 mètres long.
Anyone know what they are, and what does it signify regards the weather?

Fell into rain around 12. Wind after really picking up here with last hour and a half. I see high winds along Cork coast forecast from around 5pm. We're getting them alright. Checked 2 exposed roofs this morning. Just as well as what's gusting now is severe.

Current storm Eleanor is a lot worse impact wise than Dylan
90mph gusts in Galway mace head already
10,000 homes in mayo already without power
This will spread rapidly across the north midlands in the next couple of hours into Meath and Louth
    Expect damage on that path

Some serious gusts here in Galway expecting power to go
