Fresh egg parpadelle, salmon, asparagus, cheery toms and just a bit of cream mixed with pasta water for the sauce.
We've been living on takeaway for a few days because I was too lazy to cook but just wanted something fresh this evening.
    It was lubbly!!!

Spaghetti Carbonara this evening, needed something quick in between proofing a batch of Banh Mi (Vietnamese baguettes).

Pork Katsu with McDonnell's curry sauce because I'm out of the little Japanese curry bricks

Thanks, probably herself and the kid's favourite, mine too. The fact that it takes just over 10 minutes is a bonus and has it on heavy rotation.

Looks a tad bit dry on the photo but the pasta was well coated in the sauce.

If not using the air fryer, I use ordinary oven chips like I did here.

When chips are almost done, take out of oven and drizzle over melted garlic butter (finely grate a couple of garlic cloves into some melted kerrygold). Add some sea salt, then top with cheddar cheese (red leicester is lovely too) and back in the oven for 5/7 minutes.

The kids go mad for them. They'd happily eat a plate full on its own.

Nothing nicer than a bratwurst & potato salad. That looks great.

A Mexican mishmash of cajun chicken, dirty fries with monterey jack, jalapenos, guacamole, grated cheese and sour cream and some salad with lemon dressing.

Slow cooked bbq ribs with wedges, pickled cucumber and greens. This was just the beginning of the ribs - there was an extra plate piled high too :)

Yes, roasted carrots in place of the roast spuds. Done in some olive oil and a sprinkle of dried pizza herbs as I could not find the thyme.
