    What recipe do you have for the cheeks??

    The stock& wine are prob the key as the cheeks take on this flavour if I'm right.

    Presentation was kinda sloppy but delicious, nonetheless. Pan fried rare duck breast, pak choi, Thai rice, spiced soy marmalade sauce.

    That duck looks super, TBR.

    Decided on a steak today, because someone put it in my head and there was a butchers on the way home from my hike this morning. And also because it irritates my partner no end when I cook steak when she's away for the weekend.
