Looking to upgrade my parents pc from their 5+ year old Win XP machine to something a little more capable. Don't really have a massive budget to play with and want something small.

Realistically it's going to be mainly internet browsing and general office type work, nothing to stressing on a pc.

I think I have an old 60gb (might be 30gb) SSD I can re-used and also a 500gb normal drive that can be re-used.

Initial thoughts were for mini itx or even smaller but I don't know if thats possible for 3-400e. Maybe a chromebox would do the same job?

Any suggestions on which way to go or suggested builds you've done to get me started?
