Hi all just wondering if you were declared bankrupt by the court and the bank keeps sending letters looking for payment and calling,also they have sent letters telling us they have handed over our account to a collection agency. Could someone sue the bank the bankruptcy was hard enough now getting letters calls is taken it…

Hi all

Could someone sue the bank the bankruptcy was hard enough now getting letters calls is taken it toll on us, every day nervous when the postman calls same thing if a call from an unknowing number.
