Hi Ladies, Had two spine surgeries 3 years ago. Now pregnat 30 weeks and it started to be very hard to do anything. Terible pain in legs (sciantica) numbness and weaknes. It is is 10 weeks left and I dont know what to do. GP send me to physio in coombe. Had one group appoitment and it did nothing. My consultant send me to…

Hi Ladies,

Had two spine surgeries 3 years ago. Now pregnat 30 weeks and it started to be very hard to do anything. Terible pain in legs (sciantica) numbness and weaknes. It is is 10 weeks left and I dont know what to do. GP send me to physio in coombe. Had one group appoitment and it did nothing. My consultant send me to face to face appoitment but lady at the reception desk informed me that they just doing group sesion. I am stuck. Maybe somebody had similar experience and know how to ease the pain.
