    Hi all

    Does anyone know if you can walk at this sat movember 5k in the Phoenix park or do you have to run/jog it.

    Im sure you could walk it, as there is a 10k on, starting 10 minutes after the 5k. You will walk 5k in an hour, which is a 10k run for some.
