    leaving Humphries bike shop at 8.30 for 100k on quiet roads, stopping in Hayestown for coffee break. Pace will be 22kph or thereabouts ( no one will be left behind ) All welcome, please let me know if you're coming, regards P

    Afraid knot (awful pun). I was signed up alright, but fractured my elbow early in the year and knew I wouldn't be fit to cycle it. I'm on the waiting list for next year, I think i was the 41st person to sign up so I will hopefully train for it whether or knot (it gets no better) I do it.

    went well ,curtailed to 80k due to unexpected family committments, will try to run a few more over the winter
