New customer, no login details

    I recently changed to Eir broadband.
    All is up and running fine, however, I have had no contact from eir, other than receiving the modem.
    I have no login details for my eir or eir sports.
    How do I get those login details?

    No, I don't have an account number (unless you mean UAN?)
    As I said, I have had no correspondence other than receiving the modem.

    Can you double check your SPAM folder as an automated text or e-mail will be sent to you once your order is placed. Your account details will be supplied within this e-mail.
