CCTV Cameras suitable app

    I have 4 cctv nvr cameras, I can see them on local monitor i.e T.V. have proved we are connected to internet by successfully undating firm ware, got everything briefly working with IP pro on mobile device however I now cannot view although still can view on tv. I need to set up urgently and have an app to view. Can anybody help?

    Can you give us a little bit more information on the machine you have, the app you are using & how you set up the remote access in the first place?
    Did you set up port forwarding on the router?
    If so has the router been changed or reset?
