Bank loans 5+ years

My bank Permanent TSB will only supply a 5 year loan.....I am looking to borrow 30-60k for flight training and via the web I see pilot's talk about 7 to 10 year loans!! Is there a bank in Ireland that supplies 5+ year loans?
