Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

He had a decision to make. He made it.

Webb on BT confirmed its a legit goal as Sanchez wasn't interfering with play.

Fair enough. Bit of a grey area. I'm sure if it was the other end it would not be so straight forward.

Defender made a bad decision then. He lets Kos (marginal) or Sanchez get the touch and its offside. It's then whether they were deemed to be interfering with play, particularly Sanchez. Don't feel he was interfering though.....

So you want a defender to let the ball off and hope it's offside.
Sanchez never made any effort to go for the ball. Wimmer couldn't let it go because Koscielny was there, but Koscielny wasn't offside. Sanchez never came into the equation.

It's not Grey, you'd be annoyed but it's not.

Grey area is what people say when they don't accept they are wrong

They were not interfering with play

Clattenberg giving a penalty for absolutely nothing despite not giving a stonewall penalty for us in the first half.

He doesn't give penalties unless it's all about him.

How did Kos miss that??? He didn't! Soft

    Buy a rule book

Could you loan me one or a few euro??

It was a personal opinion that I feel that should have been called offside. Simple as.

Ps: I didn't tell you to get a rule book last night when you said the New Zealand yellow card was a red when it was clearly a yellow by the letter of the law.

Anyway, one all. Terrible from Kosielny

My red is based on intent not that the player landed on his back.

A book of laws on Rugby Union is far more complex and the severity of punishment isn't as clear as foul play

Solid save from Cech. Saw it late.

We've started the second half the same way we started the first. Standing off them, giving them far too much room.

Irritating how much commentators talk about the top of the table as if it matters this early.
