    firstly you seem to be asking for JSON and trying to parse it with an XML parser, which isn't going to work. Secondly if I hit that URL I get a parked domain site.

    content is not allowed in prolog literally means that there are invalid characters before the <!xml decl. Could be something like a space or something, or possibly the encodings on your XSD and XML might not match up.
