    My online username/email is no longer actime. I've forgotten as sword and no way to access account. Any help?

    Could you advise what account you are trying to log into? Is it an Online Billing account or an Electric Ireland Rewards account?

    In order for us to look into this matter fully for you, could you please send us a private message with the following details?
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
    • The inactive email
    • Your active email
    We can then look into this for you.
