    Hi all. I know there are many sites and threads on here regarding claiming your super but I have a specific query that I can't find an answer to.

    My WHV visa expired in late October and I also worked up to 28/10/2016 so I want to claim my tax and super back now. I understand that employers have up to 28 days after the quarter end to remit super contributions to the nominated super fund; so does this mean I can't claim my super back until the October portion is remitted which may not be until late January?

    Ring whoever has your super and ask them.
    Should not be hard,they will have balance and details on claiming back.
