Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What's the story with the 10k post thing by the way, are we running out of space on the internet?

Not 100% sure. My understanding is hat if topics get too big, they can start messing with the website's code and call it to crash.

I heard that if a United thread reaches 10,000 posts Steven Gerrard is given a Premier League medal for being a good sport. Can we really take that risk?

As far as I remember, when threads exceeded 10k posts they started to become problematic with various technical issues, so the boards gods decided to keep them limited to circa 10k posts per thread for easier manageability.

He's going to build a wall to keep them goals out, he's going to make other teams pay for it, and it's gonna be yuuuge!

Just going back to Swansea game, they were bad but I was glad to see Rooney have a positive influence on the game. He was running at them, linking well with Zlatan and Pogba. Getting beyond Zlatan. He looked to be moving well and trying to attack from an advanced position.

More of that please. I hope he has a good time of it v Scotland as previous couple of inyernational breaks appeared to hurt him mentally.

I wonder who said this in reply to a Bangkok bringing up Trump :pac:

Ah please, can we keep that out of this thread. So much of the Internet is toxic this morning, can we all agree to just keep this as a safe space?

Give yourself one of these for failing to listen to a mod :D

"Honestly could not be arsed about another superstar signing. To be honest, if we don't get CL football and he still came here, I'd question his ambition."

Maybe his ambition is to be the guy that brings united back to glory?

    Or loads of money?

Honestly I don't care which it is so long as they perform.

For those of us who have Sky, Chelsea TV is FTA and they are showing the Netherlands vs Belgium. Memphis is playing. You'll catch the last 20 minutes if you turn it on now.

Everton always felt like a good loan shout, or where I kind of envisage him maybe moving too.

If things don't improve a six month loan spell might not hurt him. Would get plenty of game time there in a club that is trying to be competitive.

Could only benefit us. He can't drop in value anymore and he could have a good spell and gain value or be good enough to use in our first team.

Still only 22, and still shows in flashes what he can be. I don't think his value has dropped all that much if I'm honest.

I'd say a lot of managers and clubs would put it down to confidence issues and working under a restrictive manager like Van Gaal and a notoriously poor track recorded manager like Jose when it comes to wide players.

I'd say he would tempt plenty of clubs. You don't just turn **** in 18 months at that age.

Would he get a game ahead of bolasie or mirallas? I don't think he would at this moment although there would be more of a chance of him coming off the bench

You'd be lucky to get 6 million for Memphis now. He'd have about the same drop in value as Zaha, and that is without even banging the manager's daughter

Bellerin is out for s few weeks for Arsenal, so will miss the United game.

Was there any update on Sanchez?

Wenger begged Chile not to risk him and he was left out of the squad for the Colombia match that is on now

Sanchez has declared himself fit for chillie but I don't think arsenal are too happy about it eitherway I think between Walcott and girod they will have plenty up front

Edit: dave didn't realise he wasn't gonna play damn

Nope but if he thinks Bellerin is one best right backs in the world, I'd love to hear his opinion on a range of players!
