Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If he could buy a good performance, that'd be a start after last week.

He play well for the last 20+ minutes of the half

We'll probably score but it'll be after missing another half dozen chances and in the 88th minute.

The finishing has been atrocious all season so I don't see how that will be improved.

Utd have gotten slightly better as the half wore on but still not good enough. The amount of missed chances is getting very annoying.

Ya,finishing is the teams biggest problem,

Still shocked Ibra didnt have a crack with the time and space he got in the box that time

I had to leave the room as Mkhitaryan shot skyward. I felt like chucking something at the tele.

Marcus Rashford has to come on for Mata.

Stoke had zero shots on target in the first half.

Christ if Valencia could crosss a ball.

Mata may be hauled off at half time or after an hour with Rashford coming on and Miki to the right.

Should just leave Crouch off into that space, let him off if he wants to go that deep for the ball

Almost identical position to Siggy in the pool game, he should have taken the shot.

Valencia set up two chances. I think that's not bad.

'Shocked' is how I'd describe it too. I really thought there was a good strike coming in that moment, if not the equaliser. Mkhi's run and pass was like a plane flying through the sky, Zlatan was like the massive deceleration once the plane hits the runway.

Soon as Liverpool lost, I said to myself we would bottle it, ffs please prove me wrong

Mata is a windbag. He is playing like someone trying to get rid of the ball quickly before someone tackles him.

If we want to win this then Zlatan needs to come off.

Yes. He might pop up with another goal, thats always possible, but he is not playing well and he is limiting our attack in this game.

I thought Zlatan might get the boot, seems daft taking Miki off

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,737 ✭✭✭Hococop

Why o why can't we finish

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,843 ✭✭✭GSPfan

We will drop 5 points in two games from a stupid handball and an own goal. Tut.

    Irritating.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,136 ✭✭✭✭Rayne Wooney

Losing our unbeaten record to stoke after missing enough chances to win the game twice just isn't good enough.

A season long trend, you have to look at replacing some of the attackers now.

One of the most frustrating United games I can ever remember watching.

Sick of seeing Rooney winding up for a long distance shot. Never on target

When you factor in the Liverpool loss and then City v Spurs later, it's frustrating on a few levels.

Let's not forget how awful he was last week

But that'll ruin this myth we only play well with him in the side even though it's the fact the entire team is missing chancesomething every single match

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,737 ✭✭✭Hococop

    God so frustrating

Rooney and Lingard have been nothing subs.

Ibra should also have been taken off. He's been poor.

Desperately disappointing stuff last week and today. We gave away a stupid penalty last week and a stupid own goal today.
    Five points dropped needlessly.
All that momentum we gained since November is now gone, hard to see where we're going from here.

    Glazers Out!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,906 ✭✭✭✭PhlegmyMoses

    Never.

    You're right, he's absolutely class.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,304 ✭✭✭madcabbage

If this stays the same and City win later, we'll be back to square one position wise.
