Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have an acre of agricultural land I want to use for growing fruit, veg and maybe renting as allotments. The field is some distance from where I live, therefore it would hand to have a shed on the field. Is it possible to build a small shed with out planning, with no electricity or running water?

    Agricultural exemptions should allow this
But best to check it out locally with someone with experience to confirm that your land is entitled to it.
