The only issue is with some countries requiring crew to be tested and a reduction in container capacity as china isnt exporting as much, how long will the container capacity be hit,not long

3cpl for spring producers early calving bonus bringing that to 35cpl base and 0.4cpl co op profit share
    Total 34.4cpl plus solids

Is that 4 cent dependant on going over a certain percentage of yearly supply? Or how does it work?

You need under the seasonality rule to supply 3% of your yearly supply in February

    https://www.glanbiaconnect.com/news/terms-of-the-2018-seasonality-scheme

    Its actually 3cpl
    1cpl less than that link
    So its 34.4,not 35.4 cpl
    I've amended my post
I'm not sure but I think the seasonality has been suspended for the past year

Those who moved from liquid or winter contracts in the last year to spring will not receive it either until 2021
But they get their transition payment of 6.5cpl on their old winter volumes in February,November and December 2020

No transition payment if you left winter contract. Not that I'm aware of.
What happens if you supply more than the 3% in feb?
We sent 6% based on what they project us to do for the year

It's being described as a logistical issue, but you'd have to be concerned that it's a sales issue. Dont know if it's all China related or not..

Yeah I think transition is liquid only
I think the 3% is a min requirement
    There isn't a max

Glanbia's record in sales or management hasn't been all smelling of Rose's in recent (or any) years to be Frank,so confidence that the right decisions would be taken in normal times never mind now would be low in my opinion
    Heaven help us

Kerry have pulled their current fixed price offer from 32.6c/l before Christmas to a range of 29-29.6c/l for the current offer.

It's coming down the tracks for peak milk again.

I'd say it might be the only rise this year, somehow. Our export markets seem under pressure with the drop in oil price and the slowdown in Chinese distribution and production.

I won't throw it back at them, though.

In fairness its only back 20% from its already pathetic price of 11e in jan, many other shares, including CRH, Ryanair, Smurfit down 50% or more.

Shares world wide have taken an absolute pasting in last 2 weeks or so

Regardless of the strength of the company or the line of business

I believe wall street is at or worse than 1929. And we are not even at the worst of this yet

Glanbia shares where worth 18.39 this day last year. That's some drop

No Wall street nowhere near 1929 levels, more like 2013 levels, still well above the 2009 recession levels! It could go alot lower yet.

Processors must be thinking the effects of this virus will be short lived. I am surprised how quiet they have been usually they are so quick to talk down the price when the market turns.
