Distillery Court, Monasterevin.

Looking at a house in Distillery Court in Monasterevin and wondering what’s the town like. I have only ever driven through it and I know it’s small but is there much life there as in pubs, shops etc. No kids so not worried about schools and that stuff. Live in Naas now and love it but it’s impossible to buy anything here with the current prices. Working the Naas side of Newbridge but hours are flexible so not too concerned about the commute at peak times. Any info about that particular estate also appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I reckon Monasterevin is just a little too quiet for a single person - it seems very much family oriented.

Kildare Town probably a better option as its much more livlier.

Not much for sale in the town, but I do see a 2 bed apartment in the beeches for 130k

I looked at a one bed in same development for someone working with me and they are very spacious and its a quiet development. The one bed went for about 90k last year.
