I signed up in July to a new internet provider, paying €100 deposit for installation. I was told to expect connection by September/October @ latest. I cannot get through to customer service on the phone; constantly being put on hold & no reply to any of my emails.

How do I go about doing a chargeback for my €100?

    Hi K3v,

Thanks for contacting us here on Boards.

You can claim a chargeback for this transaction by filling in a Transaction Dispute form. You can find this form on our website here. Please make sure that you include any correspondance you mention you have sent to the provider, as proof that you have tried to resolve this with them first.
Please let us know if we can help with any other query.

    Thanks,
    Sarah
