    Hi,
I am looking to expand a little bit my existing setup. I use it mainly for music and movies. I have Sony str-dn1060 receiver with q acoustics 2050i with 2000ci in the centre. Should I go for a subwoofer or satellites in next step? 2070 has mixed reviews so I am not sure if it would be a good choice.

    The room is around 3x5m

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Jimmy9999.

Unfortunately it is a hard decision for me to make for you.

It depend if you would like more base or to have that surround sound experience.
Adding  sats as rears will give a more full and open sound, where as adding the sub will give more base.

If it was me, I would add rears to complete the 5.0 and then if I felt i was still lacking base add in a subwoofer.

Q Acoustics offer up the 2010i priced at £99.95

Or the 2020i coming in at £119.95

On the 2070 sub, we have sold lots and lots of these and had no real issue at all from them.
    Currently priced at £219.95

Let me know what you think.
