Company closed, my entitlements?

    Shop in which I worked closed two weeks ago. Business owner had it registered as company. When i asked for my holiday pay he said that when company was closed we all lost our holiday pay. Is this legal?

    Has he liquidated or anything like that?

    You're definitely entitled to accrued annual leave, but you may be waiting a long time to get it, if you're at the bottom of a creditor list.


    If you've been there over 2 years, you may also be due redundancy. Get in touch with citizens information
