Have seen a few places in tallaght clondalkin and ballyfermot doing kids class as young as 5. Any around the areas listed above?

There's an MMA forum over CLICK HERE but its mostly UFC fanboys and hard to get off the UFC chat, but you could try posting your question there.

SBG seems to be doing it from the age of 4 not sure of what it entails but it says MMA

Id assume it takes a literal meaning of MMA and teaches a mix of different martial arts.

Or they just throw a few 4 year olds into a cage and let them go at it!!
