Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, I'm currently looking to get a trainee accountant job in an advisory role in a firm in Dublin. I'm 28, have a commerce degree and master of accounting, along with 5 years business management experience. I have sent lots of cv's to many Dublin firms, with not much response. Is it a bad time of the year or could anybody offer some advice? Thanks

Well you have basically missed out on all the top 10. But after Christmas all the small and medium firms start hiring so you should be fine. Have you though about what body you want to go with? ACA`s website have a training contract list they update as firms are looking found it very useful.

Its like that anyway, you have a lot of competition so you don't get reply's if they are not pursuing.

But do what you can, get someone to look at your CV, ring companies before applying, etc.
