Hi I just got a phone call at my mother's house from someone claiming to be network support from your company. Surprised as the women had been a customer of your for over 25 years and recently changed to Vodafone for a better package at more than half the price 90 down to 40. The claim was that they needed to get access through our computers to fix a problem . When I questioned it was told in the best Indian accent to go to hell. Seriously doubt it was a call from your company but based on how you treat people would not be surprised.
