How to unlock iPhone

    My contract ended and I upgraded. I want to unlock my iphone.

    Web chat told me to ring 1800 690000. Tried ringing 1800 690000 but no of the options were for this.

    What is the correct number to call?

    there is no option for customer care.  There are 4 options and none relate to customer care. They also all reference Eircom.
