Issue still ongoing after 6 weeks

    Hi,

    I have been waiting 6 weeks for an upgrade issue to be resolved on emobile. The issue was caused by the store missing a step, and I have spent about 3 hours in there and the same on the phone trying to get it sorted.

    At this stage, I would like to know how to get my money back for the handset and cancel this contract that emobile are clearly unable to provide.
