Who to get if they do sack AC though? Doubt even nick mallet would touch that side right now, and he's been lurking for about 10 years.

It's not the players, it's the powers that be that are causing an issue.

Oh that's what I meant by "that side". Everything that coaching that side involves. Who in their right mind would want that job right now, knowing what's going on.

I'd say a coach would have nothing to lose if taking over. If they're good, the coach is a hero, if they're bad it's because the system is rotten and the coach escapes blame. I suppose Ackermann would be the obvious choice to take over if AC is deemed the problem.

The look on the face of the italian players is giving me worry's. They look as if they are thinking its done.

I wouldn't risk my reputation as a coach with the cards that heavily stacked against me.
Ackermann would be the best man for the job, if he is left to do his job. Think he would be a fool to take it on now if it was offered with the same conditions attached.

The way Wales are playing is everything wrong with Rugby.

In other news, go on Italy!!

Nice linking by the Welsh captains.

Moments like that make you realise that even though someone like AWJ is a lock, he'd destroy the majority of people here in a foot race.

Tries for both Italy and Japan!!!!! Italy have at the very least a draw secured. The win will be secured with a kick here!

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

Bah, the lock's foot is in touch.

Italy's try might not be given.

Ireland played SA at the end of 12 months on the go from RWC camps. SA had a break after the RWC. Think we would have won 2 tests otherwise.

  • Registered Users Posts: 888 ✭✭✭Cathalthesmart

Try disallowed but SA still have a mountain to climb!

    They've done it regardless. Incredible.
