    Hi,

    Just a quick question. I have a limited company but have moved into a separate sector and want to this end of the company to "trade as" a different name.

    I'm on the CRO site and filling out the form for registering a business name (RBN1) but I have a feeling this is for registering a new "company" rather than a trading name. Can anyone advise? Thanks

    You want from RBN1B for a body corporate to register a business name.

    Sorry to raise this back up. Any idea how long it usually takes to come back after being submitted and signature page posted off?

    Check the status online. Sometimes there's a lag ie. it'll be fully registered but you won't get the physical certificate immediately. You can do a search here:

    Yea no sign of it. When I'm logged in it just shows as submitted
