where to get flavour powder?

Hi all

Im interested in creating some food products which will be mostly powdered based.

Im looking for flavoured powder to mix with other powdered items but im find such difficult to source.

I have found some for cocoa and vanilla but id like to try make more creative flavours that combine a mix of different flavours.

Has anyone any idea where i could get powdered flavouring?

Also how much should be typically needed per 1KG?

There are sports supplements sites which sell unflavoured whey powders, like what weightlifters use. They sell flavourings to go with them. In the fitness forum you would see people discussing which are nice.

There maybe other sites which are better. Some do sample packs with a little of each one.

I've used http://www.specialingredients.co.uk/ for getting some food flavourings and modernist ingredients before, they're pretty good. they do some powdered flavours with guidelines on where to start
