Draw down mortgage mid month when payment due

Hi, If i draw down mortgage on middle of the month when is the 1st payment due ? example I draw down 16/nov will i be paying mortgage 16/dec?? Or can i ask bank to take 1st payment end or start of a month ?

Depends on the bank, as some request it on the last working day, and others the first working day of the month. We were with AIB so it was the start of the month. You may need to enquire if it is another bank. We did not get the keys for the house until 10 days after the first payment by the way.
