    Hurt my knee in hurling training Tuesday evening. Hope it's not cartilage damage but feels very similar to when I damaged cartilage in other knee before. Moving much better than even this morning though so fingers crossed.

    Went to gym and just did some chest and biceps work just for the sake of it.

    Almost hit 75kg for 3 sets of 5 in bench press Just failed on last rep of the last set

    Knee was fine only hurt for ham curls for some reason on way down.

    Back in the gym after 3 weeks and a self imposed break(welcomed a little one into the world)
    Was all hyped up to get back into it. Weights struggled as expected but good to be back.

    Had a monster of a hurling training Tuesday night and was in tatters today but wanted to get something done.
    Have a sports recovery yoga thing tonight hopefully loosen up a bit but since it's my 1st time iv a feeling the pain is coming my way
