    Hi -I queried thavailablity of TV/Brodband ae with a webchat operator on Nov 9 and they said they would look into it and I would get a response within 48 hours

    I am still waiting........

    Can you help please?

    Thanks Mickeroo ........I inititially tried that before trying Eir webchat
    The house is new and wasn't on the database................the Eir agent was to check with tech team and revert within two days...............that was over a week ago :(
