Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Heating is only one zone and rather than the old chestnut of leaving the immersion on to just heat the water is there a remote immersion switch or some timer available?

Had a quick Google and old thread on boards but thought I'd post here, asking.

Thanks
Contacted Heatmiser and they came back with the below:
we do not sell anything with a high enough rated relay to switch an immersion heater directly therefore you will need a 20A contactor to take the load
Any other options?

Most switches will need a contactor. There fairly easy to fit.

I use this for a 3kW immersion
http://www.securemeters.com/europe/products/system-products/count-down-timers/sir321

Works a treat, you will need a zwave hub to remotely control it - many choices for hubs out there from DIY to Samsung Smartthings etc
