    Its the same. Its a package run by a third party which includes your regular WHV plus the extras theyve added on. You can get your visa straight off immigrations website and organise your own flights and insurance or you can get a third party do it all for you like USIT in this article. These packages have been going for years. Usually works out cheaper to do it all yourself so do your research.
