Veg smoothie - part of 5 a day?

    I struggle to get my 5 a day. To make it easier, can I put lots of raw veg into a blender, add a liquid maybe, and make a smoothie?

    Will this be satisfy my nutrition requirements? I'd also supplement this with veg at lunch and snack of fruit during the day.

    No way to tell. Your requirements are probably a bit broader than "eat 5 a day"

    If you are asking if blended veg counts towards your 5 a day, the answer is yes. FYI its 5 servings, not 5 different fruits/vegetables
