Getting an ESB pole moved

What is the process in getting an ESB pole moved? Pole put in place approx 14 years ago adjacent to an underground shore going under road so much so that shore seems to have recently collapsed and thus is now fully blocked. What is the process to get pole moved a few feet left or right so as to allow shore to be cleared?
