Hi, looking for advice on repair of the above lens, it has suddenly developed a focusing issue. Even in good light, it struggles to achieve focus lock, often hunting back and forth sometimes getting focus, more often not. I have tried it on three different bodies, and it behaves the same way on all three. Other lenses are fine on all bodies. The 24 -70 has never been dropped or badly treated, I've had it since new and I'm careful with gear. The optics look fine.

I'd be interested in any recommendations for repair, I can send it to Canon UK but just wondering if the folks here have any other suggestions?
