Water works on Edmondstown Road

The water works on Edmondstown Road, Dublin 16, close to the M50 bridge are very overgrown and there is a small motorcycle, a barrel and multiple branches trapped in the breakwaters. It's such a shame. Can anything be done to clean it up.
