No MPRN no. on meter

    Hi,

    I'm just moving into a property and am about to contact you to get account setup.

    However, the meter on the property does not have an MPRN number.

    It does have something that looks like an identifier - it says RM036 and then a further six digits.

    It's an old meter (just one counter).

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    An MPRN will never appear on the meter. Should Electric Ireland be the supplier, we can use the RM serial to identify the MPRN.

    Please send us a private message with the following details, and we can check this for you.
    • Your full name
    • Your account number (if you have one)
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number
    • The RM number including the six digits

    We can register you at this address, but we are unable to take bank details or apply any savings here in this department. We would recommend that once you have the MPRN that you sign-up online or by calling our colleagues in the Sales team on 1850 305 090 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, and Saturdays, 9am to 5:30pm).

    Once we have the information above, we can then look into your query for you.
