Damaged line from pole to house

    Hi

    Wondering if one of the reps here can help or point me in the right direction on who to contact, the wire from the pole outside my house to my house is damaged, it's dropping right down into my garden, I can reach up and grab it, it's seems to be damaged at the pole, it isn't affecting my tv/broadband just yet, but want to get it fixed as soon as possible.
