    Hi There!

    I applied for a mortgage online 2 days ago & received no response so far, even confirmation that it was received.

    Is this normal or should I call?

    Generally you will hear back within 48hours of application.


    If after this time you want to call to check the status of your application you can call our Mortgage team directly on 0818200339. Representatives are available Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and 10am-2pm Saturday.
