Have an issue with some Faro Xana plus heaters. Installed them before the summer so they're only getting used for first time recently however they do not seem to be reaching the temperature they are set for. Went for a look this evening, and they were displaying a room temperature of 14degrees, so set them for 20 degrees. After 15 minutes they had reached 16 degrees but three hours later they remained on 16 degrees never reaching the 20 degrees theyre set for?

Is it an issue with the temperature of the room being too low? Or are the heaters faulty? Its 3 7 panel heaters all in different room all reacting the same way more or less.

generally the temp you set is the temp that they will turn themselves off at when the thermostat inside reaches it. Simply your room probably isn't reaching 20 degrees so they are just staying on.
