    Came across this a while ago whilst looking for an informal way to get a valuation for the purposes of selling :

    The resulting report struck me as quite optimistic. It was thorough with some interesting detail, then at the end it mentioned there was a 60% chance of it being accurate which I thought cheeky.

    Anyone ever used it ? How accurate did you find it ?

    Doubt people would pay 25 quid when they just look at the property price register which is all this site is doing.
